Rujira is THORChain’s app layer, bringing native assets from connected chains into a unified suite of decentralized finance products.

Rujira combines an order-book exchange, automated market making, cross-chain swaps, lending, perpetuals, liquidations, indices, and staking in one interface. It is built on THORChain and is designed to let users use native assets across connected chains without third-party bridges or wrapped tokens. Rujira’s documentation identifies RUJI as the app-layer token and says the code is open source and audited.
